All content on the Shofy platform—including logos, software, design, and text—is owned by or licensed to Shofy. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using Shofy but grant us a license to use, display, and store your content as needed to operate the service.
6. Third-Party Services
Shofy may include tools or integrations from third-party services (such as payment gateways or shipping providers). We are not responsible for the content or performance of these third-party services and your use of them is at your own risk.
7. Termination
You can cancel your Shofy account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms
Your activity risks harm to other users or the platform
Required payments are not made
Upon termination, your access to your store and data may be restricted or deleted.
8. Limitation of Liability
Shofy is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent allowed by law:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability for any claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months
9. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of Shofy after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
